c) Liaise with Provincial governments for provincial government lands for the purpose of development of forest plantations on a medium to large scale.
e) Identify private land holders such as individuals, companies, institutions and churches for the purpose of development of small, medium to large scale forest plantations.
f) Liaise with appropriate line ministry (Ministry of Lands and Housing) for acquisition of land for forest plantation development on a large scale basis.
